Product Overview
This series of machines are engineered for packaging powders and flaked materials into open mouth bags. Key advantages include low dust emission and high weighing accuracy. Suitable materials include flour, titanium, alumina, kaolin, lime carbonate, bentonite, dry mortar, and similar substances.
Application Scope
High-speed weighing and bagging solutions for fertilizer, agrochemical, feed, chemical raw materials, sugar, and other industries handling materials with certain humidity or bulky, sticky characteristics. Also suitable for loose strips, fibers, flakes below 10cm, spherical and irregular materials including organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, bagasse, sawdust, ore, manure, and flake sulfur.
Working Principle
Materials flow through feeding components (connected hopper) into the belt feeder, then into the weighing hopper. The weighing hopper utilizes load cells for precise measurement. Operators manually position bags onto the packing machine's clamp device, triggering sensors that automatically clamp the bag. Once weighing is complete, materials discharge into the bag, which then releases onto the conveyor for transport to the sewing machine where bags are sealed with thread stitching.
